I had a phone call today that I was not sure how to respond to so I am
looking for ideas...  A woman called asking about giving donor breastmilk to
a baby she will be taking in as a foster child next month.  Ten thoughts ran
through my head at the same time including "how wonderful" and
then...hmm...can you feed a foster child another woman's milk?  She is not
looking at providing banked milk...just donor milk from a local mom.

This is a new one for me!  Any input would be appreciated.
