I often joke that I could care less if anyone sees a bit of breast with a  
babe attached, but please let me cover that roll of fat hanging over my  jeans!  
haha.  SO, instead of covering the baby, I tuck a blanket  under my arm and 
cover my side. Haha.  It may draw attention, but I prefer  it them getting a 
peek at my fat roll.  I also agree that the blanket over  the baby's 
head...keeping them in the dark, unable to gaze up at mommy seems,  well, kind of a 
lonely way to eat.
