I think the best visual of what I think of with this phrase is in Rebecca
Glover's video, Follow Me Mum.  I think another term which someone threw out
here on LN was "flipple" which I found quite amusing.  The main point is to
plant the baby's lower jaw where it needs to be and let the rest of the
breast follow without moving the lower jaw.
