Interesting discussion.  I just can't seem to get the message across that 
colostrum is liquid gold!  I am going to try the term "newborn milk" for a 
while and see what happens.  Linked to the word "colostrum" is the term 
"coming in".  It implies that there was no "milk" there before.  We can't 
really talk about lactogenis 2, or onset of copious milk supply .....
