Good luck.  I once asked Mr. Borgman for permission to use one of his
cartoons... http://www.kjsl.com/~cee/borgman.jpg ... on my breastfeeding
in public website (which is totally not-for-profit), and he referred me to
his agent who wanted to charge me quite a hefty fee to use the cartoon.
I declined the offer.  ;)  I have had the cartoon on my site since 1997,
appropriately attributed... and I haven't heard a word from Mr. Borgman or
his agency.  :P
