Dear Lactnetters:
Thank you all for your responses. In my heart and with some common sense I
knew Novocain use was compatible with breastfeeding. What I would like to find
is some reference that I could photocopy and send to this Doc. I'm trying to
be tactful. I just started as a hospital based LC and I am also working with a
community based Nursing Mothers group. I'd like to make my presence known
among the Docs in this community as a resource. (Although I'd also love to
say, "You dumb SH__!".... It probably would not put me on his good side.) I
figure if I can just send a note and a reference to a Doc when I know he is
lacking information, maybe the Docs will be more flexible and willing to work
with me rather than agin' me. (I can dream, can't I?)
