Miranda has a vaginal infection which the doctors think is causing the
contractions. They are giving her Traumasept, which works against bacteria
and fungal infections. They haven't told her which specific organism it
might be, but the most likely candidates (according to my internet research)
are Trichomonas or Candida albicans. She doesn't have the right symptoms
for trichomonas, so yeast is the best bet.

Will keep everyone updated.
