Wyhen I was still working in the hospital and we were devo\eloping charging for outpatient visits, we found we got the best percentage of coverage when we stated the "dignosis" as "infant feeding problem".  This really covered everything, because even if the presenting problem was with mom, it could be linked to a need to change how baby was feeding or to work with a concern or conditioin in the mom thst was directly orindirectly affecting baby's nursing.  The insurnce companies saw an infant feeding problem as a "real" covered concern, but as you found, rarely if ever cover anything that falls into the category of education, even though eduction is a major factor in any visit with any health care worker!
