  I am not sure I can answer for opening one in the present atmosphere as so
much has changed over the years BUT...

 positives:

    a) when someone calls me for a rental I screen for difficulties and can
offer assistance or let them know where assistance is available.

     b) I counsel ALL mother's who come for pumps on how and when to pump as
well as discussing milk storage and reuse - I have a hand out that goes with
ALL pump rentals or sales. I answer any questions or concerns and then they
also know who/where to call with further questions or concerns.

     c) I can offer guidance on the "appropriate" pump for the need.

 negatives:

     a) collections, stolen pumps,
