Barbara, I have not worked systematically with mentoring. However, the
biggest challenge to mentoring is timing, I find. I have had several people
ask to mentor with me, but they are unable to meet the timing requirements
when the LC calls occur, since they are often at a day's notice.

I am interested in what others have to say about this. It is more work to
mentor, rather than work alone. I am interested in how others do this. Do
you charge for your teaching time/mentoring?
