In a word, yes :-)  I think breast size may have something to do with it
(clinical observation) but I don't think it is the very large or very small
breasts that have problem.  I also really think part of it has to do with
strong let-down, body response to oxytocin.  Then if you combine mom with
strong let-down to baby with enthusiastic suck or big suck needs there
seems to be more of a problem.

 We worry more about mismanaged lactation that leads to FTT.   I don't
think the average person  appreciates the problems associated with
over-supply because it isn't dealt with much. (Problems: mom-over full,
leaky breasts, painful let-down, frequent PD or mastitis; baby-gassy,
colicky, greenish explosive stools, irritable, unsettled, extreme weight
gain).
Excellent idea for research, however I can just see how it would be
