Ciao to all,

Just wanted to let everyone know that I was fortunate to attend the ceremony
for the Hospital in Pordenone, Italy last night for certification as Baby
Friendly.   I believe this is number 7 or 8 for Italy.
As a matter of fact, a mom I have been in contact   with just had her baby
transported to this hospital yesterday evening from the local children's
hospital--and what a difference!   No bottles, and they will be syringe feeding when
mom is not available.   As soon as she arrived with the baby from the
children's hospital, they wanted her to sit and nurse the baby!   A big
congratulations to Pordenone!
