I need some wise advice from my fellow lactnetters. I am resigning the full
time LC position I accepted in Aug, as I do not feel that they are being
realistic with their goals and do not want to end up working 14 hour days , 5
days a week. I have applied for a part time night postpartum nurse position
and a per diem LC psoition at a different hospital. My question is about the
hours that other people work if they are hired as per diem. Are people able
to get enough hours, or does it flucuate so often as to be unpredictable and
unstable? You can respond to the group or my private email [log in to unmask],
TIA Lisa Mooney
