West Virginia like many states is experiencing never before seen numbers of
children entering foster care - mostly because of the opioid epidemic. A
colleague asked an interesting question. What are the legalitites around
a Foster mom (who is nursing a toddler) nursing an infant placed in her
care? Anyone know? I think most of us would say "wonderful!" or "so great
for that child!" but would the rest of the (non-lactation) world?
