Hello Lactnetters and Pamela,
        I have been working recently with a mother who previously had
thyroid cancer and the thyroid was removed years ago.  She is maintained on
synthroid. She did not get a full milk supply with her first child so she
had to supplement. We used domperidone and More Milk Plus with this second
baby and she has been able to nurse completely without supplement.I realize
this is a case study of one, but it did work for us.
