There is a new (1997) World Health Organisation publication
*Hypoglycaemia of the Newborn - Review of the Literature* put out by the Division of Child Health and Development and the Maternal and Newborn Health / Safe Motherhood groups.

Must be too new!
It's very good and worth getting.

Was it my imagination? I thought I remember reading something recently here
about a WHO protocol for managing hypoglycemia.  We called them this week
for a copy but they did not know what we were talking about.
