Hi, all

I heard about this study this morning as I was watching the CBS morning
show. Of course, I had my "milk-colored" glasses on, and as I watched, I
thought, "Hmm. So we need to reduce the number of times women are prescribed
antibiotics. How do we do that? We reduce the number of times women NEED
antibiotics. How do we do that? We reduce the number of times women get
sick. How do we do that? By strengthening their immune systems and the
systems of those around them. How do we do that? Well, gee, I wonder if
those researchers looked at how many of those women WERE breastfed as
infants, and how many DID breastfeed their own infants?"

Funny how "clearly" I see things when I look through that milk coating...
