Hi, 
Somewhere along the way I have missed exactly what a nipple sandwich is,
that was probably okay, but now we have tacos and burgers??  Could someone
please explain!!  A few people in Europe may not be too familiar with a
real taco, (although they would probably like them if they tried them!) let
alone a nipple taco!
