Hi all,

I'm an IBCLC and fellow lactnetter in North Carolina where this proposal
originated and have also used parts of it in a recent proposal for
additional hours at my local hospital (and it was accepted).  My comment
about the validity of the 'study' is that the info. came from random chart
reviews of 270 current Kaiser members in the NC region in 1992 and 1993.
Remember, the authur of this proposal was trying to increase IBCLC hours in
the three Kaiser areas in NC.  Hope this helps.
