I am a new LC.  I do rounds on our postpartum unit.  Recently I have had
several babies who latch well take 2 to 3 sucks and just lay there.  I have
tried reattaching several times and the same thing---2-3 sucks and that is it.
I had success with one by using the SNS to get flow going right away----but
only one.  I use breast massage and have Mom express a little so the babe will
get a taste-----but still only a couple sucks.  this is frustrating for the
Mom and her LC.

Suggestions?
