Here in San Antonio, Ensure has been direct market advertising via the TV for
months, along with another brand (the name has slipped my mind).  We used to
give these only in the hospital for the elderly who couldn't or wouldn't eat
to keep them calorically up to par.  I agree, they're hitting both ends of
the age spectrum.
