A friend of mine has a daughter with Celiac disease.  The child also has
lactose intolerance, which my friend says frequently is found in combination
with Celiac disease.  Of course, the mother is also lactose intolerant, so
this may just be an inherited characteristic unrelated to the Celiac disease.

Do these two conditions indeed frequently occur together?
