     I am green with envy.  I've been in private practice since 1994, working
out of my home.  I love doing home visits and working with mothers and
babies.  However, my 17 year old son is applying to colleges and I don't make
the money I would need to help with college expenses.  I am seriously
considering going back to doing medical transcription, which pays much more.
Our two hospitals only hire RN, IBCLC's.
