June, I have been working with a mother here with this same diagnosis. If a
person has no further problems with her thyroid, and if it has been a long
enough time since the RAI so that she is clear of radioactivity, which
should not take years, but I donšt know for sure... Then I donšt think there
should be any problem... They should regulate her dose by blood test, as
usual with thyroid replacement. I am not sure there is any difference here
whatsoever, though I am no thyroid expert.

Kathleen
