Perhaps the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine is wary of their sessions
being inundated by crowds of IBCLC's, and/or other non-physicians? ILCA
conventions are not yet being 'inundated' with physicians, but I thought
I saw a lot more there this year than I had seen in years past. The
suggestion of inviting the speakers at ABM conventions to speak at ILCA
(and regional) conferences) sounded like a good compromise for this point
in history. I am not familiar with the attendance rules at the LLLI
Physicians seminars. Are there any parallels, anyone?
