Bad news--I just called Replicopy and was told they no longer copy or sell
that video.  Apparently their contract ended with the gentleman from Britain
or the Department of Health, who they make the videos for, no longer wants
that video.  The man I had on the phone was not very forthcoming with info
and he could offer no information as to who might be handling the production
of the video now.  :-(
