Hello Lactnetters,

I am posting this request for one of my co-Leaders who is not yet on-line. She is
counseling a mother who has been told that her son will probably have cerebral palsy. The
infant was born at 27 weeks and is the survivor of a pair with twin-to-twin transfusion
syndrome. He is now 20 weeks old and breastfeeding is going fairly well so far. The
mother also has fibromyalgia and is a single parent. She is highly motivated to
breastfeed. Can anyone suggest some resources or books for this mom? Please e-mail me
privately and I will forward to my co-Leader. TIA.

Peace,

Laura Hankins, LLLL, RN
