Lactation?

Subject: imitrex vs.fiorinal

I had a pt. who has migraines. The OB wanted to prescribe her fiorinal
vs. imitrex. I told her, hold on I 've got the new Hale book let's look
it up. For some reason, imitrex, approved by AAP, was not good enough
for
her, she wasn't convinced. I showed her what Hale said on both drugs.
She felt fiorinal would be better for a breast feeding Mom. She said,
she prefers someone with the name of Billings possibly. Some other drug
resource?? I'm not familiar with the other resource but I really feel
that Hale is a wonderful resource. Anybody else run into similiar
problems?
