I am really enjoying hearing about what spouse/partners do for a living.

My husband is a US Navy pilot (F-18's currently, but he flew the EA-6B for
years in the fleet) and aeronautical engineer. He always amused his
squadron buddies with talk of colostrum and meconium whenever anyone had a
new baby. I don't know how much breastfeeding information he has absorbed
over the years, but he certainly gets grumpy when he hears that a baby isn't
being breastfed.

One of my favorite memories is him snuggling with our third baby in our bed.
One of his friends had told him that day that their new baby had "fallen in
love with her crib". He said (to me, not him) that "my baby loves me."

Kathy, now wishing that baby (now 4) and her older brother (almost 9) would
stay in their own beds a bit more...the middle one never comes in.
