Kathy,

Join the crowd.  The pump companies don't mind opening up rental stations
next door to one another.  It is SO frustrating, as I am well aware.  My
business is still about 50% lower than it was 3 years ago when the local
medical supply store opened up and get all the referrals from the hospital.
 Send some of the pumps back and hang in there.  It will get better.  After
all, I'm sure what you offer is better than anyone else in your area!
