Breastmilk will not do the child any harm, that's for sure.  But it doesn't
seem likely to work or a good idea to try to stimulate increased milk
production while the mother is pregnant.  Perhaps banked milk, though banked
milk does not have white cells.  But banked milk would have lactalbumin.
