The discussion about when we are to behave as LCs and when we are to
lead "civilian" lives is interesting. I often wonder where to draw the
line. An example: I went shopping recently and overheard two young
mothers behind me in the checkout line discussing breastfeeding. One of
the mothers was giving incorrect information to her friend about
pumping. I was SO tempted to jump in, but I kept my mouth shut.
Afterwards, I debated if I should have said something. And how many of
us have seen babies fed with bottles propped up or pregnant women
smoking? I live in a young neighborhood, so I can't walk a meter
without seeing a baby in a pram or a pregnant woman. I'd like to kindly
educate but I don't want to be the breastfeeding cop either. What do
you all think?
