Victoria, how about starting a nice batch of sweet roll yeast dough in
advance of the class, and letting participants form breasts which then can
be baked (takes about 15 minutes) and eaten with tea or coffee or whatever
you are serving?
You can use cherries for nipples or you can simply form them out of the
dough which IME gives a more realistic, true-to-life, shape.
