I saw that someone else had a customer that got moisture and then mold in
the PIS tubing. I had a customer last week that we replaced tubing on for
mold and condensation in the tubing. Is this a Problem for many others?
Medela cust service said to unseal the diaphragm cap and dry under it and it
shouldn't happen again. This mom hadn't washed the tubing, she said that
when she began pumping condensation began building up in the tubing and over
time droplets of water. Then she did see some mold and called us. Haven't
heard back from her since we replaced the tubing. Anyone else with Moldy
stories?
