Hi, Pam:  A couple of moms in our support group have been using this bottle
and report that they don't notice much difference in feedings than with a
standard bottle.  And these bottles are expensive!  It has a fairly
complicated valve system composed of several parts that of course need to
be cleaned after each use - not an easy system.  I bought some for demo
purposes for my returning to work breastfeeding class and paid almost $15
for a package of 3 (the only way they come) at Walmart.  I also bought one
of those curved bottles (also don't make a difference) and a pacifier and
my total bill was $19.40!  The female cashier said:  "It adds up fast" to
which I replied:  "Just another reason why I breastfed my kids".
I try to have examples of the most popular pumps, bottles, and other
paraphenalia available at the class for moms to look at and ask questions
about, so I'm always looking at what's on the market.
