Don't forget that Wyeth, in the not so distant past, manufactured the
formula labeled SMA.  If my dusty memory can recall correctly, they then
sold their "formulation" to Gerber.  This all happened when we started
seeing the formula's direct marketing, starting with Carnation/Nestle!
