I am gathering information regarding three areas:

1. Is anyone in the US currently billing third party payers for in-patient
LC consults? (LC consult during postpartum stay)

What are you charging?
Which third party payers are covering?

2. Is anyone in the US currently billing third party payers for out-patient
LC consults? (LC consult after discharge, but in the hospital where she
delivered)

What are you charging?
Which third party payers are covering?

3. Which third party payers are covering kits and pump rental?  Under what
conditions?
