I would like to applaud Barbara Wilson-Clay in her comments regarding
internet advice and Lactation consultation.  Hats off to you, Barbara. You
are so right. I myself have a canned speech that I send to all who ask me
questions from the net (not an insignificant number, mind you). I point them
to resources, and if they can find and receive hands on healing care from an
LC, and pay a price for it, they should count themselves fortunate.
