i have a question for you wise ones.  A woman with a bf 10 week old has
some residual roughness from her episotomy.  Her OB prescribed estrogen
cream.  The mom is worried that it will affect her milk supply so isn't
using it.  I understand about estrogen containing birth control pills
affecting the milk supply but would cream in the perineal area affect
milk supply?
