I'm sure others will respond with more detailed information, but in my
experience, the issue is not milk quality but the impaired response to the
baby's hunger/satiety cues.  This can lead to underfeeding and compromised
milk supply as a result.  Due to distorted perceptions of hunger/satiety,
some mothers will not accurately report on their breastfeeding
style(responsiveness, frequency of feeds, etc)further clouding the issue .
