The reference I have is Breastfeeding and the Risk of Sudden Infant Death
Syndrome
Ford RKP, et al   Int J Epidemiology 22: 885-890, 1993.  I believe this is
the one quoted in a newspaper article last year that states that
breastfeeding results in a 60% reduction of SIDS in non-smoking mothers but
I'm not betting the ranch on it.
