And going back to my previous point about the differences .....the
portion of hindmilk that tells the baby 'oh, I've had enough for now,
thanks' and triggers his appetite centre, so he stops feeding (and
possibly sleeps).

A counsellor colleague describes it as the sensation you get if you
have a second slice of Death By Chocolate cake, and get halfway, and
realise you cannot eat another crumb...the fattiness of it all is
just too much all of a sudden, and you have to stop.

You don't get that with bottled EBM, as it is more homogenous than
the stuff that comes direct. This may well have a link to the
development of obesity or eating disorders.
