Dear lactfolks,

A 5-months-pregnant mom (expecting twins) called with Raynaud's-type symptoms,
shooting pains, engorgement, lots of leaking milk.  She is in a lot of
distress, has very large breasts.

How do you treat engorgement while a mom is pregnant?  Would pumping or
expressing have any adverse effects?  Any other advice for this mom?
