As far as my experience goed in The Netherlands and Belgium (am not living
long enough in Germany to know) it's not mentioned, because any positive
correlation is downright denied!
I even heard of one woman who's surgeon replied, to her positive answer at
his question if she ever breastfed, that that caused her breast cancer!
