Dear Lactnetters,
I had a Mom call today who has a freezer full of frozen EBM. The door
inadvertantly got left ajar this weekend. Some EBM was totally thawed , while
some still had a big chunk frozen in it. Questions --- Does all of the milk
need to thrown out???
                                                       What happens to the
thawed milk so it can't be refrozen??? It never got warm or left the freezer.
Thanks for any help. As you can probably quess this Mom was terribly up set
when she found the freezer door not tight.

I'm new to the Lactnet family & I'm already hooked. Time flies when I read &
learn from all you wonderful contributers. Thanks for the info.
