Thanks, Rachel, for your ideas on this situation (the pinprick hole 
in the nipple that gapes on feeding to become an obvious 
wound).....how does the use of the limpet shell prevent the sides of 
the wound from adhering? And would there be any other way of keeping 
the wound 'open'?
