They are the only charts we use in the online communities I post in.

They are listed in the references to communities, and on Kellymom etc.  
Every single post brought in about weight and growth are discussed in 
terms of the WHO charts, and we also link to conversion sites for easy 
switching on weights.  We also routinely use the developmental 
milestones one.

Many a mother has had the PDF sent to her, and she then prints them off 
and takes them into the Dr's office with her.  So not a countrywide 
acceptance, but definitely a huge ground swell of mothers sweeping 
forward with them.

So, in terms of mothers using them  - they're used everywhere.

But I still don't know anyone who's managed to explain the difference 
between z-scores and percentiles to me....  but I'm pretty sure that's 
me being a bit thick.
