I believe I found the article and responses you refer to, but most seemed to agree that higher risk births, e.g. breech (and footling would increase risk of cord prolapse), twins, preterm (even slightly), etc. were ruled out in most country's or practitioners' homebirth protocols -- that homebirth is considered "as safe" or safer when referring to healthy pregnancy and full-term and vertex fetus. So I understand the negative HC responses to a homebirth of a known footling breech. However, if you have additional references that I was not able to find, please share them. If the topic is too "off" re: breastfeeding and lactation, please email refs to my personal email address. Thank you.
