Wise Ones,
I am looking for advice for a 1 week old baby (term, non-medicated vaginal
delivery) that latches correctly and then quickly (maybe after one suck)
rolls his lower lip in and moves his head back.  Mom has a fairly forceful
letdown and an excellent supply. We have tried various positions to assist
with the letdown issues.  She is very motivated, but her nipples are getting
traumatized and she has developed a mild mastitis.  Any suggestions?  We
