Dear Margery, I'm not a radiologist, but I was under the impression that
mammograms on younger women are always "dense" BFing or not.  There are
other tests that may be appropriate,  Ultrasound and imaging.  She needs to
get in touch with a good breast specialist who understands lactation, like
